Order Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order will be handed over to our carrier and prepared for shipment.

Transit Time

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days, with shipments dispatched from Monday to Friday.

Shipping Countries

This shipping policy applies exclusively to deliveries within the United States.

Shipping Costs

At Santa Monica Apparel, shipping is completely free. We cover all shipping costs for every order, with no minimum order requirement.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support team at contact@santamonica-apparel.com before your order has shipped. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned following our return process.

Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately with a description and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund depending on your preference.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery timeframe (11 business days), we sincerely apologize. Delays may occur due to reasons such as severe weather or national holidays. Please allow an additional 2 business days.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after this period, contact us and we will assist you in locating your package.
