30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags

In its original packaging A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must still meet the standard return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
